Recruitment Details

1. Name of the post: Constables

Number of Vacancies: 11952

Reservation: SC: 1317, ST-1363, OBC-2371, UR-6901

Salary Pay Scale: Rs. 5200 – 20200/-

Age Limit (as on 1st July 2011): 18-25, relaxation for reserved candidates as per government rules.

Eligibility: Education: Matriculation or equivalent examination conducted by recognized board

Method of Recruitment: Recruitment will be made based on the performance of the eligible applicant in the written examination , Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Measurement, Viva Voce test and document verification.

Examination fee : An examination fee of Rs. 40 is payable in the form of a crossed Indian Postal Order or a crossed bank draft. Female candidates and reserved candidates not need to pay the fee.
